XyNexT Shipping, Return and Refund Policy.
 
Shipping/Handling Charges:
These charges are based on the total weight of the order as packed for shipping, and are calculated in US pounds.
Shipping Weight:
The total weight of the product and packaging when packaged for shipping.
Shipping Costs:
At this time, shipping charges are not determined automatically. We will contact customers with the shipping/handling costs, and total cost, before the payment is requested or charged, and before the order is shipped.
When We Ship:
Orders are normally shipped within three business days, except for major holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are normally shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.  You will be contacted if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for items shipped to Washington locations.
Washington State does not require, and therefore XyNexT will not charge, sales tax on Website Services such as Consulting, Design, Development, Search Engine Optimization, Domain name Registration, or Hosting.
Package Inspection:
Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If your package/product arrives in damaged/unacceptable condition, refuse shipment and contact DeLorean Parts Northwest immediately.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied in any way with a product from DeLorean Parts Northwest, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped*.
Return Credit:
When an item has been returned in accordance with this policy, a return credit will be provided for charge card purchases, and a check will be provided for items purchased by check.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charge unless it was our shipping error.
Shipping Instructions:
The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned items. All merchandise returned to DeLorean Parts Northwest that has been damaged, as a result of return shipping, will not be credited. To avoid this inconvenience, please purchase insurance for all return packages.
Return Notification:
If for any reason you need to return merchandise, you must contact us prior to shipping it in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. Any returns received without prior notification may be refused.
Special Order Items:
Custom services and Special Order Items are not generally refundable.
